My name is Mădălina State, I am a student at the Faculty of Physics, a volunteer in the Association of Physics Students, and a member of the Photoniq Robotics team. Empathy, creativity, and curiosity define me, and my ability to communicate effectively helps me collaborate well in a team.
Hello, my name is Rares Ionescu, and I am 21 years old. I am a student at the Faculty of Physics, and I have a strong passion for physics and robotics. In the past I've participated in various robotics competitions.
As a Physics student, I am passionate about technology and always looking to transform theoretical concepts into real-world applications. Robotics has captivated me since day one because it seamlessly brings together practical creativity and precision engineering. From building hardware systems that come to life, to intelligent programming that gives them functionality, robotics is where physics meets innovation and fun.
As a lecturer at the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest, I teach courses in Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, and Virtual Instrumentation with a focus on LabVIEW. These subjects are crucial for physics and applied sciences students, providing them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for research and industry.
In Analog Electronics, students study continuous signal processing, including circuit analysis, operational amplifiers, filters, and signal modulation. Labs reinforce these concepts through the design, simulation, and implementation of analog circuits.
Digital Electronics covers logic gates, combinational and sequential circuits, microcontrollers, and digital signal processing techniques. It's essential for understanding modern digital devices, with hands-on labs that enable students to design and troubleshoot digital circuits using simulations and hardware.
Virtual Instrumentation using LabVIEW bridges hardware and software, teaching students to develop virtual instruments for data acquisition, processing, and analysis. The course emphasizes integrating hardware with LabVIEW to create flexible solutions for scientific and engineering challenges.
These courses feed directly into research in condensed matter physics, optoelectronics, and nanotechnology. My expertise in electronic measurements, microscopy, and mass spectrometry allows me to provide practical insights into cutting-edge research. Utilizing LabVIEW in research projects highlights its relevance and prepares students for future scientific endeavors.
